Responsibilities/Job Descriptions
• To Supervise and monitor of the operation management of boat/crew to ensure that the day to day operation has been carried out in a good order
• To ensure that all operating systems and facilities for the boat run efficiently
• To ensure all supplier being deliver services or product under agreements
• To overall supervise of all boat daily maintenance/Check list and yearly refit
• To oversee all financial matters, including monitoring expenditure at the YH base office
• To supervise administration of the YH base such as staff scheduling, staff performance review and evaluation.
Qualifications:
• Male, age over 28 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Engine Engineering/Business Administration or any other related fields
• Excellent in both written and spoken English
• Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven team leadership, hardworking and service-minded, ability to work under pressure
